"A Very French Welcome" SOLD

“A Very French Welcome”

6 x 6in oil on museum quality panel
I found the perfect spot to sit and sun and eat and  talk.  Even Eddie likes it–although he just slipped inside the open door to check and see if the the fish is fresh…
There’s room for two on the bench.  I thought it looked so….well, welcoming!  Like, hello friend, sit awhile and soak up the good things in life.  Plenty of  fresh air, incredible colors, and most of all—shared laughter amongst friends to go around.  I’ll save your spot…:))

    Tres Magnifique!
I think your paintings are very expressive and unique. They are happy paintings. After seeing this painting who wouldn’t want to go to France…and sit on this pretty bench.ReplyCancel

Your invitation is equally welcoming, wether through words or paint. I love this series. Thanks for inviting me in.

Will you be returning to France to get more material to work from? Although I suspect the feeling you were left with could carry you on for a long time…

    Its so lovely.ReplyCancel
