It was….

Laughter, excitement, inspiration, chocolate, frames, letting go, joy, chocolate, cutting loose, music, color, and did I mention chocolate?

Part II and III of my California Workshop Trilogy were just over the top fun 🙂 !!

I find myself trying to find the words to frame all the JOY that I feel from getting to do what I do and it always comes up short.  Some things are just indescribable 🙂

Pair  wonderful groups of artists with Randy Higbee’s inspiring gallery/frame/made for artists space and you’ve got a match made in heaven!

I think this group framed up fun  quite nicely 🙂

Workshop fun with Dreama at Randy Higbee Gallery in California

Who’s that good looking guy hanging out with all those talented artists??  Why it’s the King of Frames himself, Randy Higbee, who hosted all three of my California workshops and helped these gals find the perfect frames for the beautiful paintings they did at the workshop! Here are two of my pieces “trying on”  the  Taos Gray and Taos Black in a floater frame style which shows the entire painting 🙂

And the last video of the California Workshop Trilogy 🙂

My life, without a doubt, is  so enriched by the incredible people that come across my path.  Thank you to each of the smiling faces above—so much talent, so much JOY, so much light from the faces you see here—what an awesome trilogy of FUN!!!

What’s Next?

I have two whole weeks left on the gold coast before returning to the Ed’s, the Mag’s and Paris.
It is 70 degrees here today.
It will be 19 degrees in Paris tonight.

I am rethinking this whole “two weeks left in California” thing.

How ’bout a little road trip with me??  I think we need to see what we can get into.  Maybe I’ll find a real job, get a place and settle down.

Stranger things have happened.
Trust me—for starters I have Ed and it doesn’t get much stranger than that.

I do have a give away coming up—yes, with everything going on I have managed to pick you up a little something I think you’ll like 🙂

Get your sunglasses and scarf (we are riding with the top down…it’s California for pete’s sake!) and get ready for some fun 🙂

“Wonderful” doesn’t even begin to cover it, Dreama. Big warm hugs and many thanks to you and Ron for putting on the best painting workshop I have ever experienced. I hope to see you both again in the future… Perhaps in France?ReplyCancel

Oh…my…sandy stars! Everyone is positively glowing with joy and happiness in these videos and phootos.

Even though I wasn’t there, sharing it via your videos truly did make me smile. Completely contagious…in the best possible way. 🙂

As for the two weeks left in California ‘dilemma,’ oh yes! I’d definitely be with you on that one. California sounds like heaven…especially when it’s cold and wet and blustery and grey as it is here at the moment. Bring it on, California Dreama!

I’m delighted all of you had such a wonderful and fun time. It’s easy to see why – one look at any of those smiling faces speaks volumes about the joy you bring in each and every one of your workshops. One day, I hope to partake in that fun, that joy, those smiles, those free hugs, and oh yes…the chocolate!

Thanks for sharing all this positivity and happiness with us. I’m smiling as I’m typing this. 🙂ReplyCancel
