P.S.S. Here is what a few more of the over 700 folks who signed up for this course when it was first offered in Jan/2016 have to say about their experience!

I learned more in the first week, than in any other workshop I have taken. It is lovely being a part of Dreama’s world and this group. Thank you.
~ Pat

This course continues to be one of the most rewarding experiences I have experienced in my lifetime! It has given me the jump start to reacquaint myself with my inner creative self and be joyful and fearless in the process! Thank you with all my heart!
Enjoy the experience everyone, I look forward to keeping in touch and taking additional workshops on line with Dreama and all of my new DLP friends.
~ Caryl

Dream.Love.Paint online course has been one of the best things I have done for myself and my painting! I had become frustrated with painting and was about to give it up. That was until Dreama!  Six weeks later I have experienced a complete makeover not just with painting but with my thought process and outlook on life! Dreama seemed to anticipate my struggles and apprehensions along the way ~ with positive, encouraging words, “Believe in the Process”. I did by taking one step at a time and learning so much more than I ever expected! What Joy I feel today! The videos have been such a gift, to be able to work at my own pace without feeling any pressure and now to have an entire year to review all this knowledge and wisdom from Dreama! A heartfelt thank you to Dreama Perry, Ron Perry, Justin Platt and all the wonderful friends in our Facebook group! This course has been such an inspiration and a blessing to so many!!
~ Carol

I joined the DreamLovePaint journey from Ireland. It has been so inspirational from a creative perspective as well as emotionally uplifting. Dreama pulls you in with her charm, engaging talks and gentle nudging. Her videos and words are so nurturing and uplifting, which is indicative of her generosity as a teacher. Dreama shares her craft completely, which gives this course the feel of a workshop. The Facebook page has been brilliant! One thing for sure is I will be back in 2017! Many many thanks to Dreama, Ron, Rhonda, Justin, Eddy and all the Dreamettes!
~ Cathy

Don’t hesitate when you are able to sign up. This course is a lesson in confidence and color. And a little three letter word than starts with j (joy!).

Dreama, I first saw your work in Daily Painting and loved the colors. I was so drawn to it. Then I noticed the paintings my friend Martha Lever was posting on fb – beautiful, vibrant paintings. Found out she had taken your class so I looked up your website and saw this offering!! So exited to be joining this community of enthusiastic artists! Early this summer I made a decision to put aside my commercial calligraphy to have the time to paint as much as possible. I am now turning work away and finishing up the last few jobs on the drawing board. So the freedom to paint daily comes in time to take your course. I am excited to learn from you and fully aware that the learning will go ‘beyond the canvas’ as I sense that the joy comes from deep within. En-thus-iasm means God within. I am enthusiastic about learning from you and everyone in the workshop. Thank you for being obedient to the call and confidently following your dream. It is a blessing to so many and it is a lesson in itself. It has taken me a while to step out in faith and let go the security of the commercial aspect of calligraphy. Now that I have made that bold step, I look forward with great anticipation to what God is going to do with thatReplyCancel

Thank you for all of your beautiful videos- I can feel your generosity and warm spirit come through!, I’ve bought all the oil paints, brush, medium and think I’m all set to begin– what kind of pallet should I get? I noticed you use glass? In one of the videos- was it grey underneath?

Also, when do you announce the winner of the course? I think I signed up twice I’m so excited! Your husband was so kind on the phone to tell me in detail how to order the non toxic thinner and I’m so grateful- can’t wait to paint with you in your friendship art cottage!ReplyCancel

  • Michelle Smith - September 2, 2016 - 5:38 am

I just finished watching your last video and am so intrigued. I paint in other mediums and have always wanted to learn how to use oils. They seem to be a bit intimidating and I get the feeling that this course will take the “scary” out of oils for me. Looking forward to signing up!ReplyCancel

I have been searching for a painting class. I am so excited about starting in the Fall.ReplyCancel

  • Mary Susan Vaughn - April 1, 2016 - 6:15 am

I needed this. Watching your videos here, and listening to your advice, had an impact on me, Dreama. You have a way of expressing yourself that pulls the listener into your experience and stories. I can’t thank you enough for giving back to the artist community in this way. I was hoping to find your online course available now, but see that I need to wait to the fall. I’m very much looking forward to the course. – Susan Vaughn, Weddington, NCReplyCancel

  • Suzanne Brumbach - March 31, 2016 - 2:53 am

I found you online a year ago and often go to your site just to view your paintings as they are all so gorgeous and vibrant and the colors just absolutely draw you in and give you such a feeling of happiness. I paint in acrylics and hope i can come close to the happiness that your colors make me feel. I have never painted in oils so I would not have the slightest idea how to start and not sure if you offer that information ahead of the class time to give us time to prepare. Am so excited to receive information on your fall session. I am so structured in my painting that I can’t wait to break out and become a loose women with a flair. Lol. Love it, love it, love. Have a great summer and i am not going to wish the summer away because i love it and being outside but will await fall with much enthusiasm. Respectfully suzanne BrumbachReplyCancel

Can you tell me the bottom line….cost of this course?

    Thank you.

My concerns seem to be the same as Bonnie Stockton. My skill level is minimal, as well as my income, so cost is a concern. I absolutely love your artistic talent, the color yumminess factor in your painting, as well as the care and love you have given to this project. Your marketing skills are excellent, BTW. Marketing excellence is not something many artists have, including me. You are definitely an exception to the rule.ReplyCancel

  • \june - December 29, 2015 - 6:51 pm

So excited….so very excited, inspired, motivated…uh oh…the tears (of joy) are starting again. Thank you so very, very much for dreama-ing this beautiful idea up, and manifesting it into reality for so very many of us who have for so long wanted to paint with you, and learn from you, and be inspired by you (in addition to all the inspiration from all your blog posts).

I’ve not painted with oils for many years (anyone remember Bob Ross’ wonderful ‘Joy of Painting’ series on PBS many years ago?)- although I loved working with oils, I found my groove with acrylics and with watercolour…so this will kinda be like ‘returning home’ again. It’s going to be absolutely wonderful, absolutely brilliant, in so many ways, on so many levels, for so many reasons, and for so many people.

I cannot begin to express adequately how overjoyed, delighted and thrilled I am to be painting with you soon. Thank you for all that you do, and all that you give to all of us who love what you do, and all the joy that you bring, through your art, through your words, through your joy.

Roll on January and let’s get this Dreama (and friends) party started. 🙂ReplyCancel

  • Shelly - December 29, 2015 - 12:28 pm

Will this course be offered every six weeks or so? Is it a one time chance to enroll during the given period? I’ve loved your work for years and am fortunate to own an original…..and a few prints. Lots of love and prayers for your success with this new endeavor!!!

    • Dreama - December 29, 2015 - 3:18 pm

Hi Shelly!–Good questions—There is a fixed time to enroll which is Jan 6-Jan 12,2016. Once enrolled, the course content is dripped out over a 6 week period and after that, you will have access to all of the entire course content for one full year. My desire is to have a group moving through the course contents together (there will be a private Facebook group for everyone to connect together through and share course experiences there) Thanks so much for your well wishes 😉 !ReplyCancel

I am interested in your course. I am very new to painting and am concerned that perhaps I do not have the necessary skills. What I have done is acrylic. Is it an appropriate course for a new painter? Also I am on a limited income so price is a factor. I would appreciate information on what skills are required and what the costs are. Thank you. • Barbara - December 23, 2015 - 3:08 pm

What a question!!! EVERY single painting that you have done is absolutely gorgeous, so to learn from you will be “as good as it gets”, as they say! Your paintings vibrate with a love of life that is almost palpable!!! I am so excited and very grateful that we will be offered this marvelous opportunity.
However, to be honest, this is not the BEST part, although it is incredible. What strikes me most, and what calls to me beyond even the fabulous potential for skill development is the most alluring appeal, a FEELING that is almost impossible to articulate. It is not JUST a warm welcome, an friendly invitation, an interesting concept, although it is certainly all of these. I honestly feel, even from your shorter videos, that I am there!! The videos make me understand as I never have before, the meaning of “virtual reality”!! I am in that gorgeous setting, drenched in creativity, and inspired to my very core. Your thoughtful, reflective comments are meant to support us at the centre of our beings, so that we all start from the best place to create… relaxed, energized and with a deep knowing that says we are in the right place at the right time. Do I really deserve this, I ask myself??!!! And I hear a resounding “YES” from you, Dreama. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ReplyCancel

  • Karin Naylor - December 23, 2015 - 12:26 pm

I have really enjoyed watching these videos. I can see who is behind the gorgeous paintings I’ve been blessed to see on your blog these past years. What a wonderful personality you have. Not only do you have a joyful heart, but a caring heart, and my eyes filled with tears to think that you have taken so much time to care for others, to do this for us. I’ve never done a workshop with an artist before, and I can’t tell you how excited I am to be able to do this course. Thank you for listening to your heart. 🙂ReplyCancel

  • Carol Siano - December 22, 2015 - 6:43 pm

“Color is joy” and “Joy is color” has been my saying since I took your class last summer in Paris. You have been an inspiration to me since then…both in painting and spirituality. I have been an oil painter for many years but lost my desire when my husband passed away in 2014. After I took your class last summer I felt motivated again by the colors, your talks, and, basically, you. I look forward to your online class and to setting up my “joyful” studio at home. Thank you, Dreama!ReplyCancel

I am so looking forward to this Class Dreama! The best part for me will be watching God’s creativity burst forth in new ways as we sit at your feet soaking in nuggets of gold that are part of who you are. I am eager to learn more regarding the application of color and surmise that this will spill over from the canvas to life itself! Thank you for this wonderful opportunity!ReplyCancel

You are making this course very difficult to reject out of hand. I would love to live in that delightful little art cottage you have put together, for one thing, and your personal relationship with each student will be invaluable. I have several art courses lined up for next year, but I will be watching you closely for the next opportunity! Good luck on your maiden voyage.ReplyCancel

  • Alexis Bonavitacola - December 22, 2015 - 12:02 pm

I love how you have rolled out your videos and even for us inpatient types, it has actually been a valuable lesson in patience. I create art in other mediums and have yet to venture into oils and you are the ONLY one I want to learn from – yes, it has to do with the beauty of your art, but it is more than that. I love how you bring your whole self into the process and as you mention in this video, it is so much more than just studying the process. The artist enters into a relationship with his/her art with the canvas and the inspiration that draws him/her into the piece and it becomes – as you say – a wholebody experience.ReplyCancel

Hi Sharon–registration is Jan 6-12, the course opens Jan 23. It is available around the clock online once it opens, so you can make it fit to your schedule :-). The course content is dripped out over 6 weeks and after that, all of it will be online for you to access for one full year!

  • Carol Betker - December 22, 2015 - 10:52 am

Dreama, have been following your website for awhile greatly admiring your prolific and colorful work. It’s been a shared adventure by many I’m sure, and many of us dreamed of the day we could actually watch you create. I’ve been an art teacher in the public schools for the last 30 years and now can enjoy my retirement painting. I work in acrylic, not necessarily my favorite, but found the smooth surface of the boards you use has allowed the paint to flow and loosen my style. Look forward to “seeing” you soon.ReplyCancel

  • Kate Nicholson - December 22, 2015 - 9:36 am

    Hi Dreama,

What part do I look forward to most? Dismantling the dams I have built that limit the flow of creative energy. To get my mind out of the way from between my heart and my fingertips.

What made me decide to do it? Your sincerity in wanting to facilitate that process.

I am a producing artist and my particular niche is pet portraits, which keeps me very busy in the lead up to Christmas. January tends to come as a sudden halt to that production, and a certain lack of purpose, and yet a sense of freedom and relief of the pressure of the deadline of Christmas. I can think of nothing better to resolve those conflicting feelings than painting for ME. That said, I am also looking forward to the connection with you and the other artists, to a bond of community. Thank you Dreama for this opportunity.

  • Patricia lake - December 22, 2015 - 8:58 am

Good morning, Dreama. I am so looking forward to being a part of your new venture. I have never taken an ecourse and am not sure how this works. I am in retail and work weekends. I noted that course starts on Jan.23, a Saturday. Are these classes only at specified days and times?ReplyCancel

    • Dreama - December 22, 2015 - 9:22 am

Good question Patricia–the beauty of this online course is that you make it fit to your schedule. The course does open on Jan 23–you don’t need to be present–you will get the notice in your inbox that it’s open with a link to the membership site. You can log in any time you wish, day or night, 7 days a week, to view the content and take the course! Easy, peasy 🙂 And once all the content is opened up (at the end of 6 weeks) you will have full access to all of it for one full year.

  • Julia Sow - December 22, 2015 - 8:43 am

    Dear Dreama,
the best thing will be to share the love for painting with you and the other creative participants in the course. You put so much love in what you do which is very inspiring and motivating :-). It is more than just learning the techniques of painting, it goes much deeper.
Imagining that so many people are actually painting at home, maybe physically alone, but being connected by the same passion and by this ecourse is a wonderful thing. We all have something in common and can share our Passion by this ecourse. Lots of fun and success to all you creatives.ReplyCancel
