P.S.  Want to hear from those who have taken the course? See what they have to say in the over 200 comments below!  Okay, so no one has that much time 😉  so I’ve pulled out a few for you to read…if you want more, just keep scrolling 😉

“Beyond words in value!!! If you are looking for something that is inspiring, supportive, fun, deep, joy-filled, thorough, and downright sensational – this course is it. It is hands down the BEST painting workshop I have ever taken. Dreama has factored in so much beyond the painting – she has created a “family of painters” to encourage and inspire each other. I especially like having a whole year to work with the material and to do it in my own time and way. Dream.Love.Paint seems to be a living reflection of all that makes Dreama paintings and her life shine...it is Genuine, Heartfelt, and Soul-Full. This course is a hugely life-enriching experience – I am so VERY grateful to get to be a part of it”. ~Barb

“I’ve taken many workshops, studied art in college, graduated from art school…been working as an artist in several mediums for years, and yet I jumped at the opportunity to take a workshop from Dreama. The workshop is a complete experience …demonstrations, exercises, inspiration, laughter, joy, and friends from all over the world. Dreama’s teaching is clear, comprehensive, and enjoyable.” ~Adele

“I’ve taken two in person workshops with Dreama but what I love about this online course is the rewind to get a better look at the palette or the brushstroke. We can relax and paint at our own pace and share our work in a private Facebook group for even more inspiration. I’m so glad I enrolled in the class —If you want to learn about oil painting I don’t think you’ll find a better course online.” ~Nancy

“Dream.Love.Paint has been wonderful! Dreama has gone far beyond what I expected. She has made this a place for learning not only about painting but about life. She has nurtured, encouraged and been there hands on. The videos are awesome! After the first week, I felt as if I had already gotten “my money’s worth” and had five more weeks to go! I encourage anyone interested in one of the best classes to keep watch for when the course is open again. You would not be disappointed!” ~Flora

“Now that the course is over I can look back and see that I have learned so much— The painting instruction is also without equal; the videos are well filmed showing your mixing of colors on the palette and then your brush strokes as you paint.” ~Louise

“Dreama’s online workshop is wonderful! She is very thorough in her videos and has a great personality for teaching. She makes you feel like she is talking to just you! There is something for everyone to learn from her from the beginner to the well seasoned painter. And also being able to do it at your own pace. Dreama is so supportive and positive to every individual in her class! It really is a great experience.”~ Patty

“This course has been an inspiration on so many levels! Dreama explains her technique in clear concrete ways but that is just the beginning – she goes deep into the root of why we create and how to find one’s own inner voice …and follow it! ~Hillary

“I expected a lot (of course) from this course, but I can honestly say it is much more than I imagined. It’s so far above any other workshop I have taken. If you have a chance to take an online workshop with Dreama, I would recommend you do not hesitate for a minute! It’s so far above any other workshop I have taken, I’m absolutely thrilled with everything about it. Dreama not only shares her knowledge of painting, but spreads the love and joy of her knowledge and the way she lives her own life. She is truly a gifted and remarkable person!”  ~Karen

“This course is absolutely inspirational! I am just a beginner with painting and I am doing this course using acrylic paints. The way the course is put together is fabulous, the videos lead you through each painting step by step and the absolute bonus for me are Dreama’s inspirational words. I look forward every week to the new material and find the course most instructional but most of all so uplifting! ~Angela

“I believe signing up for Dream.Love.Paint was one of the best decisions I ever made for my art and for me personally. The course is so much more than just teaching you how to paint beautifully—- it surpassed my expectations.” ~Molly

“Dream.Love.Paint…..there are no words to adequately capture the joy and depth of what this online course has meant to me! I’ve worked with teachers my entire adult life, so I’m qualified to announce from the mountaintops… DREAMA IS A MASTER TEACHER! Don’t even think that this is a ‘How to Paint’, course. You will learn to paint, no matter where you are in your journey, but the content is so much more. Dreama has masterfully woven a painting course into a life course. All the pieces of your heart that have always been there….but carefully tucked away…. will come blossoming out in the most amazing way as you move through the multifaceted components of the course. … “ ~Lynn

Dream.Love.Paint is a wonderful course packed with information for the newbie as well as the seasoned artist.

Dreama’s videos are easy to follow and as you progress she gives you many tips that she herself has found through her experiences. She makes painting easier, enjoyable, and enables you to create fabulous pieces.

    Just love her method!ReplyCancel

Painting from within and journaling is a tasteful recipe. So glad to finally meet you, I have admired your work and colors. Your audience is awesome and awed by you.

You might address painting in the face of barriers – I take care of a fast aging senior. I like to wrap painting with the bigger picture, unfortunately our culture now swims with the DarkAges. You seem to be good at isolating truths and following a star. Thanks for you opportunity here.

    Best, PriscillaReplyCancel

  • Patrice Garity - October 29, 2016 - 3:08 am

Hello Dreama: I have been wanting to see if I have any artistic talent or if I would even like it so to say that I am a beginner is an understatement. I’m concerned that maybe this is too advanced for me so I’m looking forward to getting more info when it’s available. Cost is also a factor, as I am a senior. It does look lovely!ReplyCancel

If I read all the comments your are sure a blessing in many peoples lives. May God Bless you more and more.

Hi Dreama, I am a graduate of your first class, which was truly educational. Your technique is magical, the way the opaques dance around the edges and the painting presents itself in glorious color! Ha! I loved it! I have been painting on and off for years, however, your class was like an ah-ha moment!
I believe I signed up for the “trip to France” class at the end of the first, but now, I am not sure. Should I sign up again? Is that the class you are referring to here?
    Thank you,

Dreama, I dabbled in art as a young man but abandoned it during a long career in engineering and construction. Now that I’m retired and writing suspense/thriller novels I also plan to re-energize the painting itch I left behind. I’m intrigued with your technique and am interested in your online class, but noticed that practically all of your fans are women. Being a manly man in Frankfort, would I fit in to your course style?ReplyCancel

  • Teta Smith - May 10, 2016 - 3:10 am

This has been the perfect course for me!! Although I purchased all of my supplies 2 months before enrollment opened and set 2 alarms 4:45 AM on the day enrollment opened, due to my jobs I won’t be able to start painting the course till July. But I’ve had all of the downloads and Dreama to encourage and inspire me. A huge component for me has been the confidence building and reminders to suspend judgement on myself and just paint with joy. Just this component has made a difference in my painting on commissions I’ve had to paint before I can start the course! Take this course when it opens in the Fall! You’ll be as grateful as I am for it and for Dreama!!ReplyCancel

  • Vicki Beyer - April 25, 2016 - 11:48 am

Dreama, your e-course was amazing! You spaced it out, so the artist wouldn’t be too overwhelmed & covered so many different facets of what it takes to follow the passion embedded in all artists. So often, artists don’t nourish that part of themselves, for whatever reason, and actually believe that we will “never be good enough”. Thank you, for helping me & so many others to really believe in themselves & giving us the “tools” to continue on with our personal journey. I loved learning the techniques of how you create your beautiful, joyful paintings & will continue to incorporated it into my own work. You are a ray of sunshine! Vicki BeyerReplyCancel

  • Maria Croucier Prins - April 12, 2016 - 3:33 pm

Hello future Dreamettes! As one who registered for Dreama’s first course, my one advice (and I’m sorry if it’s already been mentioned) is to buy the colors SHE uses, the brush SHE uses, the canvases SHE uses. To some, it may seem like an extra cost they’re not ready for but believe me, it’ll be worth it! I know from personal frustration by “cutting” corners and then ending up spending even more money. Don’t be afraid of oils if you’ve never used them – you’ll grow from the experience. Once you’re finished with the course, you can return to your own supplies while incorporating what you’ve learned. While I/we will never paint exactly like her, she has shown me a foundation to move forward with my own skill. For some of you, your curiosity as to how she paints will be satisfied while maybe adding a little something to your own way of painting . We are individuals – therefore, our own art is unique. Above all, do not lose the love and joy of your craft. Paint as you! Thank you, Dreama!! MariaReplyCancel

Dream. Love. Paint. has helped me get through a big frosted area in my art journey. Trying to learn the new-for-me techniques in laying in first the big shapes with transparent paint pigments has been transforming the process I have used to paint for years. As I become smoother in practicing, the change in process I epect will permanently improve my work. I just love this course and how it has made me perceive my own attitudes and how they were getting in the way of progress. Thank you, Dreama, for making this happen and so easy to do for us. You have made everything so clear, easy to follow, and comfortable to slip into like an old pair of fuzzy slippers that I don’t even think about the struggle I was going through all the time Made me excited to go back into my file of 16,000 photos to get going on those paintings I imagined at the time of taking! I could keep going on and on, but too excited to get to my easel!ReplyCancel

  • Betty Murphy (Junie) - April 1, 2016 - 9:50 am

Hi Dreama! I finally completed your course and now I am going to go through it all over again! I have been painting for almost 2 years, learning solely from internet you tube, etc.! This is the first painting course I have ever taken and forgive me, I should not even call it a “painting course” because it is so much more. When I first discovered you online in December 2015, I melted at the site of your paintings. Words cannot express how grateful I am for being a part of the 1st online course with all of the amazing Dreamettes (and oh Joy says there are Ronnettes too!) You are full of wisdom and inspiration and it’s contagious. So for anyone who is new at painting, this course is for you as well. Because of the way the course is set up, it made me feel as if I were in the same room with you! I have learned so much in the past few weeks and am looking forward to growing over the next year and being a part of your #2 online course that stretches WORLDWIDE….you are amazing. 🙂

I have read as many comments as i possibly could and love the excitement that is exuded! I plan to sign up for this fall. I wonder if you would answer a couple of questions? I’m primarily a landscae painter. Are all the lessons on still life (flowers)? And u mentioned the sign ups start this fall but can u give the start date of the workshop? And lastly, is it possible for non members to view the private Facebook page?
    Thanks everyone! Happy Joyful Painting.ReplyCancel

    • Dreama - April 1, 2016 - 10:51 am

Hi Jeannie! The lessons are on varied subject matter (the paintings done in the course included in the first video on this page at the 8:35 minute mark) and are applicable to all subjects you might want to paint. This online workshop will open again in September/2016 😉 And the Facebook group for DreamLovePaint is a private group created for those in the course as a place to share their work, epiphanies and JOY 🙂 so it’s not available for general public viewing. It has been an awesome portion of this course–there is so much support and encouragement and sharing of valuable insights and tips amongst the artists there!!ReplyCancel

      • Rhonda Behrens - July 19, 2016 - 11:41 am

        Hello Dreama!

I just found your Facebook post about your online classes and I am so thrilled! I started painting way back in the 1970’s and painted for about 15 years, sold many paintings and then life got in the way and I haven’t picked up a brush in many, many years. I used to paint in a very tight, realistic style and I don’t want to paint in that style every again!!! To time consuming and stressful. I want to paint in a much more open and loose style and I love your paintings. I would love to be able to try my hand at this style. I want to sign up for the online classes starting in September. And also would like to join the Facebook group for support and inspiration! Could you let me know in advance how much the online classes are? I need time to plan on the expense as I am on a fairly fixed income now.

Thank you so much for being willing to share your knowledge and talent with the world!ReplyCancel

I am so grateful for this class! I love that I can go to my easel when my schedule allows it and delve in uninterrupted. After a few years of much loss I feel my heart has been set free once again and the joy is pouring out. Dreama’s constant encouragement and words of faith are inspiring, Ron’s patience and knowledge in technology is soothing and the beautiful women who share their hearts and painting is a lifeline
Of love and inspiration. We are blessed!ReplyCancel

Karen–the current one is in session and it opens again in September (Registration is September 6) We have a wonderful, private Facebook group for each session that is a real bonus to the course 🙂 I am so glad you loved your in person workshop 🙂 I think you will love this online experience!

  • Jenny Breniff - March 7, 2016 - 7:20 pm

This course has been the best I have ever taken! I always wanted to paint in France but always missed out.  But taking this e-course was the greatest!!  I learned so many valuable details like organizing my palatte and how to brighten greens without adding white!  But the most valuable to me were the words of wisdom that Dreama offered every lesson.  The reminder of staying in tune with the unique gifts we have been given.  To honor, who we are and to enjoy blooming right where we are.  Before I took this course, I was experiencing some anxiety about where I am as an artist at 61 years old. I had many negative thoughts about my work and about my expectations of myself. Dreama taught me: to be still, to be here and to be real….Now!  So very valuable to me and I am very grateful I got to be part of this e-course. In Love Always!  JennyReplyCancel

  • Joy London - March 2, 2016 - 10:42 pm

I’ve been wanting to learn to paint oils for some time after dabbling with them and not getting results I wanted. Then I read that one of my favourite artists, Dreama Tolle Perry was going to do an online art course. I didn’t know how this would work being taught Art on line!
But I’ve always been impressed with Dreama following her on her blog, not just her paintings and their beautiful colours but for her words …. inspirational and spiritual with a smattering of poetry thrown in too! And, she seemed like a very nice lady to boot!
So I jumped at the chance of lessons by Dreama because of all these things, a leap into the dark and then WOW, the light went on on every level!

She’s a beautiful person with a fabulous way of teaching, with great videos showing every brush stroke, explaining why and when she does certain things, a rewind to play over and over …. For a whole twelve months …. And it’s just like she’s in the room guiding you, Plus, she answers any questions and with over 600 of us Dreamettes, that’s a lot of work she puts in, not to mention the hours and hours of work put into the making of this course just perfect for us, and she’s done it with love from her soul!

For the past 6weeks of the course I’ve felt more alive, happy and I am painting like I didn’t know I could And Loving it!! All because of this lady whose made #Dreama.Love.Paint the most enjoyable art experience I have ever had!!ReplyCancel

Soon the world will be painting with Dreama. I will continue to love your success with this project. You have brought great beauty into the world. Be proud. LindaReplyCancel

  • Deanna Jaugstetter - February 29, 2016 - 6:39 pm

Just as the new year began, I felt bored and restless with my painting subject matter. I kept getting the info about DreamLovePaint in my email inbox. In early January, I said just enroll in the course and do something different from your usual workshop! My challenge has been taking the time to meditate and journal. I have disciplined myself and have done both before painting each week! I am grateful to Dreama for making this an important part of the creative process! I am seeking joy in all my circumstances now! Dreamas encouraging words invite us to think about why we love our subject matter while painting! Those who view my current paintings are responding positively to the region and vibrant color! Purple is becoming a symbol of new growth for me!ReplyCancel

  • Carol Browne - February 29, 2016 - 6:11 pm

This has been – and will continue to be – the most wonderful workshop experience I’ve ever had. All I can think about all day is getting home so that I can paint – and I’m not an oil painter, or wasn’t until now. I’ve learned to trust the process, trust myself and enJOY emersing myself in the experience. The materials, the support, the encouragement – and my new “family” of 400+ close friends encouraging me on this journey has meant so much to me. Thank you, Dreama!! For your inspiration, your wisdom, and sharing the gifts God has given you. He has given each of us a voice, and you inspire each of us to express it in beautiful, vibrant color!ReplyCancel

  • Pat Fiorello - February 29, 2016 - 4:06 am

Dreama did a world class job on creating this program. Way more than a series of painting videos or even a workshop, it is a thorough course to help with both the technical challenges of creating art as well as the emotional challenges. It’s an excellent way for someone new to painitng to get a good foundation and confidence to build on. Dreama provides clear and easy to follow direction as well as helpful practical tips. As a more experienced artist, I participated in the program, not as much for the painting lessons, but more for the inspirational part which emphasized being connected to the experience of joy while painting. And the program has been that – fun and joy! Thank you Dreama.ReplyCancel

  • Patty Pastor - February 29, 2016 - 2:02 am

Dreama’s course is fantastic! I am one of those who needs to move through every slowly because of an insanely busy schedule. I only completed my cupcake this weekend. Some have completed the entire course already. But the way I see it, even after going through the six weeks, you aren’t done! Because the point is to revisit and experiment – for a whole year. I’m enjoying all aspects, especially the quiet time/meditation portion, which calms my mind. I highly recommend the course to anyone considering.ReplyCancel

I lead a busy life working in IT for an international Christian relief organization and caring for a 96 year old mother in her latter days. HAVING DREAMA IN MY HOME STUDIO is more than I could have dreamed of or asked for…an answer to prayer. So, if you have little time to paint and want a teacher there for you day and night for a year who paints wonderful stuff and tells you step by step what to do this is the class for you. Thank you Dreams for sharing your skills with us for a whole year.ReplyCancel

Dreama. Thank you so much for sharing yourself with all of us. This wonderful class that housed over 600 students produced some of the most beautiful work I have seen in begining and advanced students. You have the most wonderful way with words and inspirations and have shared so much of you with us all. My painting has improved so much, I actually feel like an artist now!
I am so very sad to see this class end. For six weeks I would get more excited as the week went on because I knew you would have so much planned for us to do, from your beautiful videos, painting lessons and journaling ideas. You are one of a kind and I am proud to call you my teacher and my friend! Good luck to you and your next class, I know it will be awesome and worth every penny! The way you spaced these classes was ingenious, it proved to be exactly what was needed for me. As time went on it was obvious you had planned for us to have to meet ourselves on that canvas and I did! I grew in spirit and talent! Love and best wishes to a wonderful gal.ReplyCancel

Ok where do I start?! This Course is a Godsend! As much as I’d love to travel to France and Venice with Dreama I’m not able to pull that off yet. Dreama’s course is packed with content! I can’t wait until Saturdays for her class modules to roll out! Her course is not only about painting it’s about embracing Joy and feeding our souls and expressing it through our brushes. Dreama is the most nurturing teacher right along with her fellow art students on the private face book page. Did I say this already? ~ Dreama’s Course is packed with content! Content = wisdom, music, stories, such Gifts! Thank-Goodness we have a year to soak it all in like Dreama’s sunflowers following the sun. I’ve taken two workshops with Dreama ( in Indiana and Kentucky) but what I love about the E-course is the rewind to get a better look at the palette or the brushstroke. We can relax and paint at our own pace and share our work in a private Facebook group for even more inspiration. I’m so glad I enrolled in the class and with the 6th lesson fast approaching I’m asking “Will there be another?” As someone who is always so full with questions, I have been delighted to hear Dreama call out the names of her colors used with specifics such as add just a tiny bit of Indian Yellow. If you want to learn about oil painting I don’t think you’ll find a better course online.ReplyCancel

As an artist, if you were drawn to Dreama’s use of light and color in her paintings, you will love the Dream.Love.Paint course! The course is a unique mind, body, spirit experience not only teaching technique (which is wonderful) but also nurtures the heart and soul of every artist. Dreama shares HER heart and soul in this lovingly crafted course with profound wisdom and lighthearted wit. This is a funny and remarkable lady who has a gift for teaching and instilling confidence in her students. Throughout the course you feel as if it is just you and Dreama over coffee, and she is sharing her inspiration or explaining to you just what you need to hear. This course is simply a wonderful experience that not only helped me understand Dreama’s painting “recipes” but her open-hearted approach to life that so influences the quality of her paintings. I highly recommend the Dream.Love.Paint course! ❤️❤️❤️ReplyCancel

Since working with you before and coming back now in this online format, what I have learned is that if you do what you love — it shows

    Your love is showing Dreama!

The course is so great – it’s like a present to open every Saturday morning. Clear, step by step guidance
    Lots of inspiration

Hello! 🙂 I am on the current DreaLovePaint course and loves every moment! I live in Norway but it feels just like everyone is in the same room (as we actually are! :-)). I have learned so much. The joy and the love in this whole course cannot be described just with words… 🙂 Dreama and everyone in this current class; thank you! <3 Looking forward to the next one... ;-)ReplyCancel

This course is absolutely inspirational! I am just a beginner with painting and I am doing this course using acrylic paints. The way the course is put together is fabulous, the videos lead you through each painting step by step but the absolute bonus for me are Dreama’s inspirational words. I look forward every week to the new material and find the course most instructional but most of all so uplifting! Thank you Dreama for giving me such a wonderful opportunity.ReplyCancel

  • Beverly Toves - February 26, 2016 - 3:50 am

I re-entered the world of oil painting just recently after retiring from a 40 year photography career. I’ve taken several painting courses to bring me up to speed and Dream, Love, Paint is by far the best class that I’ve ever taken ! My painting has improved by leaps and bounds. My skills and my eye and understanding of color have improved light years beyond what I have ever imagined!!!! The ability to work on my own time is such a blessing. I love the connection and encouragement with our facebook group too. Dreama, I can’t say thank you enough. BLESSINGS!ReplyCancel

  • Carolyn Witt - February 26, 2016 - 3:35 am

This is not just an online art class it is a journey into finding yourself and the artist in you. Within this class are wonderful painters giving encouragement to each other, helping with questions, sharing ideas and always Dreama to guide us through the lessons. It has been an eye opening experience for me to learn how to be looser and more painterly, not only to see but to feel the painting and try to express myself more and find the positive in what I do and leave criticism and negativity at the door before I enter my sanctuary.ReplyCancel

  • Lynn Edwards Newman - February 26, 2016 - 3:24 am

I was uncertain about taking a painting workshop on-line. This has proven to be a great format. There is time to focus on each week, even when it takes longer than a week. Posting our paintings with a private Facebook group allows us to see each others’ work and get feed back on our own as well as making connections with like-minded people all over the world. This workshop is motivating, freeing, positive and fosters self-awareness and joy. It is a wonderful workshop with a wonderful group of people.ReplyCancel

Dream.Love.Paint…..there are no words to adequately capture the joy and depth of what this online course has meant to me! All the pieces of your heart that have always been there….but carefully tucked away…. will come blossoming out in the most amazing way as you move through the multifaceted compenents of the course. I’ve loved meeting all the wonderful, supportive artists on the private FaceBook page….all of us with the common bond of discovering the brilliant jewels embedded in this course. And Dreama popping in to comment is always such a treat! I can’t wait for Saturday mornings to get all the juicy inspiration and information for the next weekly lesson. Why did I sign up…..all I can say is, ‘It was meant to be’. I am in the right place at the right time and so thankful that Dreama is right there by my side!ReplyCancel

When I found out this course was being offered, I knew it was something for me. I expected a lot (of course), but I can honestly say it is much more than I imagined. She is truly a gifted and remarkable person!ReplyCancel

This is online course is everything a painter could ask for — inspiring, instructional, it invigorates the soul and has opened eyes as well as my circle of friends to world-wide porportions. I love Dreama’s style and she shares her skill and creativity and joy of painting by taking us step by step through each lesson. No rush, no negativity allowed. he biggest surprise and an added treat has been all the other painters I’m getting to know via our private Facebook page, literally men and women from all corners of the world and/or in the same state or practically next door. We share our questions and critiques, as well as laughing over our favorite coffee mugs and pets. It’s truly a dream class — pun intended!ReplyCancel

I’m absorbing so much while painting along with Dreama and having so much fun sharing with everyone on FB – this course is my happy place! It’s been the perfect introduction to oil painting for this newbie. Dreama shares her tips, treats and techniques in such an encouraging way, she makes you believe in yourself as an artist and that your work has worth and value to the world. AND I’m surprising everyone, (including me LOL) with how good my paintings are turning out! Thank you Dreama, this has been a life changing experience. Love you!ReplyCancel

Dream.Love.Paint is not just a bunch of painting videos, it’s a course in how to cultivate a garden of Joy and Gratitude, which will overflow from your heart to your paintings. Anyone could watch a video and learn how to paint a pretty picture, but there is a transformation that begins in your heart after you’ve spent time with Dreama, listening to her words of wisdom from her many years of life’s experience being an artist, taking time to watch the beautiful meditation videos, looking forward each week to the surprise bonus gifts that feed the soul; this course is so special. You feel like you are sitting right beside her on the swing, she is speaking directly to you like you have been good friends forever. There is so much love that has gone into this course, so much planning, decorating, getting things just right, and the joy is so overflowing that you can’t help but feel like it was created for you alone. I can promise you will use the skills you learn here for the rest of your life, both in your paintings and in your quiet time. The videos are professional quality and can be watched over and over again for a full year, and the FB group has the most amazing group of loving, caring people. Thank you to Dreama and her husband Ron. They have helped me to begin a new journey into painting I had never dreamed possible. <3ReplyCancel

This is the fourth course I have taken with Dreama. I have been fortunate enough to take three courses in person with her prior to the online course.

I also wanted to take this course so I can practice, learn, watch, enjoy, paint, make new artist friends and feel the joy again and again online for a whole year!

On the days I can’t paint I get to enjoy everyone else’s unbelievable artwork through the online Facebook group. I am “behind” schedule and yet, I get to carry this course with me wherever I go and absorb as much as possible until I get home to paint again.

This is just the beginning of a wonderful adventure taught by one of the most amazing people I have ever met. I don’t just mean she is an amazing artist but a really amazing person!

I highly recommend this course to anyone, beginners to professionals. There is so much knowledge being shared that I may, one day, find my place in this beautiful artistic world of DREAM, LOVE, PAINT.ReplyCancel

In her teaching, Dreama is able to weave sound color theory and technique with a unique way of expression. I feel that no matter where your talent lies, from beginner to advance, you will be able to pull things from her teaching that will enhance your practice. Personally, my experience with this workshop has been a breakthrough in my work. And, The Facebook community is the icing on the “cupcake”. I have been to workshops where if you are not a professional artist you were just tolerated or, even worse, ignored. Not here! The online community is the perfect positive complement to Dreama and a great confidence builder. A year’s access is perfect for reviewing the lessons……..and, someday, I look forward to taking a live workshop with Dreama……you can not go wrong with this workshop?????ReplyCancel

Its hard to explain how excited I am each week a new assignment comes along, the depth to which Dreama goes to give her personal touch and explanations of the process and the quality of the streaming videos and web site. What more can I say. I am a happy and grateful camper.

Really looking forward to this. I still have just a few Technical questions about the design of the course and how it will roll out. It seems that there will only be a short time window to sign up and pay for the course – but isn’t it available all year and intended for the learner to go at their own pace? Can’t someone join and pay at anytime during the year and have the course available to them at that time? Maybe you can answer this on your next video…ReplyCancel

    • Dreama - December 29, 2015 - 3:22 pm

Hi Holly! The course has a fixed open and close date for enrollment which is Jan 6-Jan 12, 2016. Once enrolled, the course content is dripped out over a 6 week period, after which time you will have access to all of the course contents for one full year. My desire is to have a group doing the course together online and sharing their experiences in the private Dream.Love.Paint Facebook group 😉 So once you enroll, the course is available to you for one year. You cannot enroll at anytime year round, you need to enroll when enrollment is open (in this case, Jan 6-12) Hope this helps clear things up! Hugs 🙂 DreamaReplyCancel

    • Dreama - December 1, 2015 - 3:29 pm

Maggie–Both work equally well. Water based oil paints allow for soap and water clean up and eliminate the need for solvents. Regular oils offer a wider range by far of colors. Water based oil paints feel a little different if you are used to regular oils, but produce a finished product that looks the same.ReplyCancel

Thanks. I have noticed a more buttery texture with oil. I love color and appreciate big color choices. If I am able to join you, I think it might behoove me to dive in with regular oils – take unnecessary obstacles out of my way. Thanks!ReplyCancel

  • Linda Smith Latimer - November 21, 2015 - 12:01 am

I am so excited for this course!!! Something deep within touches me when I see your paintings. To say phrases like “fills my soul,” “brings me joy,” “I feel peace,” are understatements of what I really feel. I’ve been an “artist” for many years now and I vacillilate between oil and watercolor, they both pull at my heart strings. But learning from you, getting inside your head to see how you think, what you feel when you paint, what allows that beauty to come from the tips of your paint brush, would bring such profound happiness to me. So thank you Dreama, for this opportunity to be part of this experience.ReplyCancel

That would be amazing. I think the format is perfect. All of us who can’t get to paint with you in person for whatever reason can now have a full and beautiful painting experience with you. ..next best thing. Half the battle is just showing up…putting paint brush to canvas. ..and your gentle and encouraging style paired up with that sense of humor and wonder, delivered in that southern drawl is a winning combination. And I am looking forward to seeing what the other components are that you are offering. ..Journaling, meditation…just cultivating the right mindset to be able to fully engage in the experience. ..all great tools for painting AND life. Excited.ReplyCancel

Dreams you are an extraordinary painter and you are also quite clearly a person of great depth and character. I truly believe that you want us to “tap into” the experience that you van offer as a teacher, not just painting but a kind of lovely spiritual experience. I have taken other online courses and while they have been enjoyable there is nothing that compares with the glimpse you have already provided in the video!!!!! Somehow you make it seem as though we are going to journey to a different place and that is very unique. Dreaming Big Dreama! Congratulations and thank you for honoring and letting your beautiuful beacon of light shine! As Marianne Williamson writes ….“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
I have no doubt that your e-course will bless many! And for me it will be a perfect follow up to the January workshop I am going to take with you ~ oh happy day!ReplyCancel

Good timing too, as I can ask for this as a Christmas gift from my family!

I’m watching your website for a long time, love your personality and your big heart!
I’m happy to hear the e-course as we are very far from you (I’m in Hungary, Europe) and I don’t think I have the possibility to take part on your personal course. So I’m very excited.
Love and big hug to you
    and Eddie too

I know the e-course will be excellent. I know it for sure. I have loved the workshops I have been with you and Ron.

The e-course will be good for so many more.

    Thank you.ReplyCancel

Thank you for “dreaming” big and for going to the next level of teaching to help those of us who cannot come to your seminars. I have longed to grow as an artist in color and paint application that express love, freedom and joy with every brush stroke as you do. Your art and writing has blessed so many … Many blessings to you and your “ministry” !ReplyCancel

I am so excited! I had signed up for a course with you in Kentucky several years ago and had to cancel for health reasons. Now I have that opportunity again! This is fantastic!ReplyCancel

My heart thrilled with Joy as I watched the Big Reveal and realized I would finally be able to study with you! The bold self-confidence I entertained as an art student has fled over the years, beat down by Life, and I haven’t picked up a brush in over 40 years. Now I can regain the Joy, the excitement and the peace of painting in the ‘safety’ of my home, then bust a move into one of your real-life classes with all the confidence of youth! Thank you for the Hope of January!ReplyCancel

Dreama, This is the most exciting news, and it couldn’t have come at a better time. We are all going to have the best 2016 ever. I have always wished you would produce a DVD, but this course will be spectacular. Thank you so much.ReplyCancel

This is WONDERFUL! We all need a little bit of Dreama! As I watched the video, I had instant recall of moments of the workshop from this past July in Paris, KY. Yes, I had still photos but seeing and hearing is so much different and much, much, better than frozen images and cryptic notes. Now if only there was a way to import a piece of pie from Lil’s, I’d have it made in the shade. I am so excited about this!ReplyCancel

I am so excited!!! This is exactly what I was hoping for! I’m raising two school-age children and finances are also a bit tight now so I can’t make it to Kentucky for an in-person course but have wanted to study with you so I’m so happy I’ll be able to sign up and paint with you in my jammies come 2016! Now I know what I’m going to put on my holiday wish list!! Thank you so much for creating this class and putting all of your light, energy, and love into this project to share your gift with more people. I truly appreciate it and look forward to painting with you and others in the course in January. Much love to you. Have a wonderful weekend. You just made mine.ReplyCancel
