"How to Reflect on LIfe"

‎”One day your life will flash before your eyes.

Make sure it’s worth watching.”

~Shelley Viar Johnston

Birthday’s are a good time for reflecting.  Someone, and I am not going to say who, has been pausing to reflect this week:))
This involves some reading– of course:))
And journaling.
And silence.

Also coffee.
And naps.

I’m expecting great things to come of this.
Either I am on the brink of some epiphanies
I will be well read, a little jacked up on caffeine and sporting 5 extra pounds.

Either way
It’s gonna be a good week;)))

P.S.  If you care to share any recent epiphanies just click here;))

Ditto just like Laura! Only I may be older. Because I am REALLY OLD now. But life is good, God is good and that is what matters! Happy Birthday to you, Dreama.ReplyCancel

What a glorious day for a celebration of chocolate and coffee and love. I think I will join you.
I recently turned 72 and God just said, “Why don’t you flip the numbers and see what happens?” So I did. And now I’m happily 27 and very excited to have my whole life ahead of me!
I have plans to laugh and love a lot more.ReplyCancel

May this year and every year thereafter bring all good things to you.ReplyCancel

Dreams, glad to hear you are taking some time for yourself to reflect, relax, enjoy life…you know, smell the roses and/or paint them. 🙂
I really enjoyed your workshop in July! It was a very positive experience for me. I walked away with a wealth of information and some great techniques I can apply in my art. I’m definitely coloring my world. Thanks again for a wonderful workshop…ReplyCancel
