"Pink, White and Ed" SOLD

“Pink, White and Ed”
8 x 8in oil on museum quality panel

Bad boy Ed has been quite contemplative of late.
One could almost think it is the softer, more mellow side of Ed.
There’s the  unfinished business of one Eddie Pierre
part  Parisian, part Kentuckian
half a moustache
Full Blooded Trouble
Contemplative and plotting can look pretty similar
….kind of like Eddie Bill and Eddie Pierre.

The plot thinnens……

My step daughter, some of her friends, and I are coming to your workshop in July.
We are thinking about staying in a B&B in Paris. There is a ‘Treehouse on Stoner Creek’ close to town. Is that a good idea?

Also,I can not find the supply list for the workshop. Please resend asap.

    Thank you,
    Carolyn Smith

SamArtDog–had to look it up–“s-t-r-e-t-c-h the toes” and boy does he ever have that one cornered:)))!

Dave–I think he must already know that. He is the first one to wrestle the other (6) in his family, the first one to eat real food, and the first one to try and make a getaway before his eyes were opened;)))

June–you say it so well:)) And the big “reveal” on Who’s Your Daddy?” is coming soon:))ReplyCancel

That is one priceless and hilarious photo of little Eddie Munster (sorry…I mean Eddie Pierre). You can almost hear what is going through his little head and could almost believe he’s going to say (or sing) these words from an old Elvis classic: ‘You’re lookin’ for trouble…you’ve come to the right place.’ Hilarious! But so adorable. His stance is so ‘I don’t take no sh*t from nobody. Don’t mess with me. Got that?’ But I’m sure, a second later, it’ll be the ‘I’m an innocent’ routine. Very much like our Phillo. A trouble-maker and an instigator and enfant terrible, but an adorable, lovable rogue.

Eddie Bill, on the other hand, does look quite mature, a bit mellowed…serious…perhaps worried even, about his potential role as daddy being confirmed? Has it been confirmed, by the way?

I love this painting of him, Dreama. The serene and calming and soft pinks and whites are very comtemplative, meditative and mellowing to gaze upon. Goes very well withi Eddie Bill’s frame of mind. Thanks for sharing, and for the photo update on the little one.ReplyCancel

That poor kid. Half a mustache is going to get him a lot of teasing when he goes to kitten school. He’s gonna have to be tough.ReplyCancel

Half a mustache and… mmm… how many toes? The French have many idiomatic expressions, but my favorite may be, “etirer les orteilles”. M. Pierre may have that pleasure cornered.ReplyCancel
