The Heart Always Knows

If it was worth saying before, it’s probably worth saying again…

Tripping lightly down the ribbon like roads of French countryside—the heart is often seized upon by such unexpected delights.

The stage has been set long ago—beginning with stone foundations placed by another generation—with each newcomer adding their own vision.  Maybe a new door, a grapevine planted, or in this case… a couple of hanging baskets.

It has taken on a life– a magic of its own, with all the pieces of a beautiful puzzle falling into place. To the naked eye it might just seem a bit of a jumble, like it needs to be “neated up”.

To those that see with the heart it is exactly right!

And speaking of the heart….

The most valuable possession you can own is an open heart. ~Carlos Santana

Your heart always knows what’s important…. though it will never shout to be heard. it will never speak above a whisper.
But if you learn how to heed it, how to hear it, you will never feel lost in the world.
~Alyson Noel

…the heart sees what is invisible to the eye. ~H. Jackson Brown, Jr.

Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma–which is living with the results of other people’s thinking.  Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice.  And most important, have the courage to follow your heart….  ~Steve Jobs

The BIG project immersion continues, so I thought it was a good time to rerun some of the most read posts on this blog.
Keep sending those good thoughts and love my way—they are helping me so much to infuse my best on what I am working on!!!
Hugs!

Beautiful colours to accompany such beautiful thoughts, feelings and words expressed here.
    So very beautiful.

This is one of your best! The light in this painting just dances around calling me in, the prsmatic radiance of your cheery high saturation mid-value palette makes me smile. I’m there. That’s how I feel about bright gardens and Monet paintings and France and love and light. This one has beautiful design and wonderful balance. The color harmony is spectacular. I realize it’s your favorite palette but this time you outdid yourself. The text perfectly complements it!
