“Catalicious Baby”

6 x 6in oil on museum quality canvas
$200
Don’t you just know, old cats hate the new kid on the block.  The young whippersnapper who has entirely too much energy and is sorely lacking in the good judgement department.  They who pounce on old-timers tails and climb on anything, moving or not.
And no doubt most egregious of all, bring the entire cat population down by being totally lacking in the all important “cattitude” department (as in wearing a hot pink  bow-tie).
Really.
Enough to make any old cat furfed*.

**On a more personal note, I would like to add that this is the only time you can have that much hair in your ears and still be cute.

*SourceThe Proimos Dictionary of Cat Terms

Thanks everyone–cats are inspiring to paint–what can I say. In spite of my close association with one Mr. Ed Bill–I still LOVE them:)) Roxanne–of course you would want to know. Furfed is like fluffed when it comes to syllables:))

Yes, this little cat is obviously so lacking in judgment that he/she probably thinks humans are actually wise.
    A totally beautiful painting.ReplyCancel
