During the Creative Process

When the Going Gets Tough…

The tough head further south.

I have decided that the colder it gets in Paris, the more I am burrowing down like a beetle.

Today I am burrowing down to Key West to meet Eddie.  He said he wants to meet at Ernie’s house. I’m assuming he means Ernest Hemingway’s house.
He said he will be the only cat there with 5 toes (all of the cats living there now are descendants of Hemingway’s 6 toed cats 🙂 so he’s guessing he can “pick up some chicks”…..
I will do my best to report in but I’m making no promises.
Eddie.
Unplugged.
Key West.
Eddie’s favorite Ernie quote?

“I drink  to make other people interesting.”

Lots of potential for things to run amuck  😉

    Dreama,
If you every do a workshop in the Keys, I’m in!! Check out the new home that the Studios of Key West will be going into. Fantastic place to hold future workshop. You’ll have built-in students and I’ll spread the word too!

ps – I’m warmed up just by looking at this painting. I can imagine not only the warmth of the sunshine leading up to the front door, but I’m sure there’s plenty of warmth and light upon entering. And I can even smell those roses, too. 🙂 Thanks for helping to cheer and warm up those of us who are half freezing their way through January. 🙂

I know it’s a tough job, but a gal’s gotta do what a gal’s gotta do, right? 🙂 Just hang tough and you’ll – somehow, someway – ge through it. 🙂 Thanks for putting a smile in my day (a very cold and wet and blustery Irish day).
Have a lovely and gorgeously warm time in Key West – wish I was there…or in Shreveport (if the temps there are as warm as Marco or Key West).
