THE GREAT GRATITUDE ADVENTURE/ DAY SEVENTEEN/ KIND AND GENTLE

Kind and Gentle

Be kind and gentle to yourself this day

Speak softly to that young gal inside–the one that still doesn’t have all the answers

You work at life so hard

Take a moment, look at your reflection

You show up, tired or not, feeling loved or not, to do the work you were sent to do

You are one amazing light.

Reflect and remember

Be kind to yourself

Be gentle with yourself

Be kind and gentle to yourself  this day

I am grateful that I have known for years to be careful of the ‘me-ness’ that makes me who I am. Every day I keep a private journal to state my grievances, then close it away, having said to the page what needs to be discussed, so I can make sense of it all and go on with a smile. It is a healthy habit and has served me well. Good advice today, Dreama, thank you.ReplyCancel
