“Waitin’ on the Big Yellow Bus”
I ‘d noticed Eddie spending extra time grooming himself these past few days.
Then the Hello Kitty lunch bucket appeared. Ever noticed how the devil is always in the details? Per his manager, Eddie informed me he has enrolled in acting class. I’m guessing he didn’t get the memo….it’s an online class.
Houston, we have a problem.
Note: This is No. 4 in this series.

That is SO FUNNY!!
Beautiful painting in every way.
I’m sure Eddie is very patient like all of his brethren cats. But I hope he isn’t still waiting for the bus that would be too sad.
Again his cat gesture is just right. So like his Tennessee, second-cousin (twice-removed) Desi.
I’m loving your cat paintings.
I must admit that this one, at first glance, looked like a dark skinned woman with long black hair, until I did a double take (the markings on the cat’s back are what caught my attention before I noticed the rest of the cat!).
But then I’m always seeing odd things in our floor tiles too…
Oh me oh my!!! how do you keep doing this….I love this as always…I love that cat now!!and you do have a way with words…love your posts…
I am in love with these paintings of Eddie! 🙂 Seriously, the colors, his personality and your touch all combine into something magical.
What a beautiful painting! I love all the color!
Dreama I do love your cats, They capture such real emotion. Beautiful as always.
Love your work Dreama! very vibrant, alway look forward to your posts.
I’m waiting for the painting of Eddie using his laptop.
Love your “Eddie” paintings, Dreama. They remind me so much of a black and white cat we once had named Tyler. Tyler was a real people cat. He and Lucy (our other cat) would wait in the window for me and the kids to come home at the end of the day. When they heard the garage door open, Tyler and Lucy would run to the kitchen door. When we walked in, Lucy would take off. Tyler, however, would meow and wait for me to pick him up and hold him like a baby over my shoulder. He even would say “Meow-Mom.” Gotta love a cat who calls you Meow-Mom!
Now exactly who’s Hello Kitty’s lunchbox is it? I love their line of products! That Eddie has good taste.
Cute Dreama…
What a delight you have created here….everybody needs a Hello Kitty lunch box, if not the real deal at least a fabulous painting of yours with one in it!
very clever-love this!
Where’s Phyllis when you need her? Do you want me to paint a bowl of goldfish to distract Eddie?
Precious painting, Dreama.
