The Fragrant Path

I would love for you to read the following slowly, for that is how it came to me…

Drop the struggle
Stay curious
Feed your soul

Let music and song envelop your path
with leafy canopy above and soft, moist earth below—to whit, this one… shall one day return


Life is fleeting, this is known
To trust and love and behold the amazingness of it all is the best we know
 to do

With measured pace, choose the good

Wisdom embedded in trees and misty morning waters—gratitude and thanksgiving—a song, never-ending.

Just remembering and contemplating on the eve of a sacred gift, another year around the sun. I wish and hope so much good for all of us. Bless yourself and bless others. We all need the kindness. May we always remember that gratitude is a reset button we can press at any moment.

I’ll end with one random thought that perhaps is meant for you. I have it taped to my desk as a reminder.

When in doubt
take a walk
