You just never know all the JOY, all the laughter, all the tears (the good kind!) that can take place when you put beautiful people together.
Aside from all the amazing paintings this group of painters produced (and they did:)
these artists also showed up and supported each other in ways that only real folks do:))
A special joy was Mily from Brazil whose limited English but bountiful smiles made each of us warm inside:))
It is truly an honor to play a role in the lives of these incredible women.
I am one lucky dog:)!

What a wonderful workshop this was! Thank you so much for sharing your techniques, encouragement and insight with all of us! It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend anyone who enjoys color and expressive painting to take your workshop! I learned more in 3 days with you, than I did in two quarter long oil painting classes at the fine art school. Thanks again!!!!
Appropriately titled – this painting of this balcony is indeed ‘bellisimo.’ The colours just make me smile and I can almost feel the warmth of that glorious sunshine beaming down from on-high.
Looks like everyone had a fantastically fabulous time on Whidbey. Look at those faces and those beautiful smiles! Such a beautiful part of the world, too. And bunnies! I love bunnies!
Thanks for letting us vicariously enjoy the joys and pleasures and fun that you all experienced on Whidbey Island. Definitely looks like my kinda place.
So well put Dreama as always, your writing is so gentle and kind. Yes we all need a gentle nudge to think of just our own single life. It is so easy to take care of everyone else …..
