Simply Gratitude

It’s all good.  listening to the rain fall down, soothing sound of bird cries, Dove chocolate on the tongue and the end of day tired that drains away with the bath water.

it’s all good.  my heart beat a thousand beats and more today.  kidneys filtered water, brain connected faces, words, times and places and lips felt kisses and hands felt touch.  Miracle upon miracle.
if i were to take this time to simply focus on all the details that were done on my behalf today I would run out of ink, energy and memory to hold it all.
simply gratitude.

Take a moment and look at yourself.  Look at the wonderment of your hands, your feet, feel the aliveness of you, inhabiting that amazing visage we call you.

Walking miracle, that is what you are.  Can you even begin to comprehend how wonderful you truly are?

I don’t think you can but it’s worth a shot 😉 — look around and take stock of all the divine goodness you have, working on your behalf in ways you didn’t even think to ask for.
Pretty cool, eh?

Dreama, I was in Marco Island with you. You impressed me so much with your positive affirmation that I got up enough gumption to do a website. You were so right. They walk u through it all. I also just hung my work, to be viewed for a month. I cannot say thank u enough. You truly r amazing.

I feel gratitude for being able to get up in the morning and being able to walk again after months of not being able to do that without pain and without the assistance of a zimmer frame.
I feel gratitude for my loving relationships with family and friends.
I feel gratitude for feeling the sunshine on my face and living close enough to connect with and to nature all around me…even in the depths of winter.
I feel gratitude for having your art and your thoughts and words to inspire and motivate me.

Feeling so much gratitude this evening after reflecting on the past three days participating in your workshop. It was everything I had hoped it would be and I came away with all the truly important stuff to help me grow as an artist and as a person. Thank you so very much!
